We've had the pleasure of partnering with TSAworld for 8+ years. They first approached us to streamline their ordering process, integrating it with Sage ACCPAC Pro Series business management software. Over the years, our work has transformed their product catalogue, increased the accessibility of necessary parts and troubleshooting knowledge, and empowered customers to place orders online with real time ordering and product information.
TSAworld sells over 50,000 products. Originally, their catalogue was a list of product numbers. There were noimages, specifications, documents, or relationships to other products. Integrating the knowledge base and inventory organization system, we designed and developed TSAworld’sprevious two websites and recently refreshed the current site. With integration with their inventory andbusiness management software, customers can place orders and access real-time knowledge, product, inventory,and order status information.
