We've had the pleasure of partnering with TSAworld for 8+ years. They first approached us to streamline their ordering process, integrating it with Sage ACCPAC Pro Series business management software. Over the years, our work has transformed their product catalogue, increased the accessibility of necessary parts and troubleshooting knowledge, and empowered customers to place orders online with real time ordering and product information.
TSAworld sells over 50,000 products. Originally, their catalogue was a list of product numbers. There were no images, specifications, documents, or relationships to other products. Products often worked in conjunction with others, but there was no evidence of this in the system.Transforming system usability

It transformed the usability of their product catalogue, allowing products to be browsed and searched using unique parameters for their industry. Sales employees and customers can easily find products online, increasing sales and saving TSAworld and customers time and money.
Previously, each sales associate possessed deep expertise from years in the industry, but there wasn't a central database for technical support information. Associates had to consult one another on every order. This was a cumbersome process that was affecting TSAworld's bottom line.Giving customers quick accessible solutions
We created a digital, dynamic knowledge database to store all of this information, accessible by sales associates and customers. It allows associates to add and edit the database to provide the latest information for the team. Everyone can diagnose and solve issues, with direct links to products. With e-commerce integration, customers can now place orders themselves, greatly increasing productivity and sales.
Integrating the knowledge base and inventory organization system, we designed and developed TSAworld’s previous two websites and recently refreshed the current site. With integration with their inventory and business management software, customers can place orders and access real-time knowledge, product, inventory, and order status information.
The site merges wholesale and retail e-commerce with Sage ACCPAC Pro Series, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Integrating SageACCPAC Pro Series allows real-time product and customer information on the website.
